Role Overview

We are seeking 4 passionate and experienced Registered Managers to lead and manage our new Children's Residential Home. You will play a vital role in ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, promotes positive outcomes for children, and upholds the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and maintain compliance with Ofsted as the Registered Manager.
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a supportive and child-focused environment.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, supporting emotional, educational, and social development.
