Resiliency Civil Engineer

Weston & Sampson is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who’s energized by climate resiliency and motivated by complex, real-world challenges, especially in coastal, urban environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, buildable solutions that work for communities, agencies, and stakeholders. You’ll lead and support projects that are technically demanding and high-impact — often involving flood mitigation, resilient waterfront infrastructure, and adaptation planning/design, while navigating permitting and multidisciplinary coordination. This position can be based in one of our MA, NH, or CT offices.


What you’ll do:
