DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. OPERATIONS

  • Oversee daily resort operations and staff deployment.

  • Ensure room and facility readiness.

  • Coordinate maintenance and resolve guest issues.

  • Lead daily briefings and weekly meetings.

B. SALES & CLIENT SERVICE

  • Supervise Sales Team and monitor targets.

  • Review leads, proposals, and reports.

  • Ensure consistent service for all clients and bookings.

  • Conduct client feedback checks and coach the team.

C. GUEST SERVICE & QUALITY

  • Maintain resort service standards.

  • Inspect rooms, F&B, and facilities.

  • Review guest feedback and implement improvements.

  • Uphold staff grooming and maintain high online ratings.
