DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. OPERATIONS
Oversee daily resort operations and staff deployment.
Ensure room and facility readiness.
Coordinate maintenance and resolve guest issues.
Lead daily briefings and weekly meetings.
B. SALES & CLIENT SERVICE
Supervise Sales Team and monitor targets.
Review leads, proposals, and reports.
Ensure consistent service for all clients and bookings.
Conduct client feedback checks and coach the team.
C. GUEST SERVICE & QUALITY
Maintain resort service standards.
Inspect rooms, F&B, and facilities.
Review guest feedback and implement improvements.
Uphold staff grooming and maintain high online ratings.
