Job Objective

Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel & resort facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure resort premises & equipment are in operative conditions as per category of the unit to receive and serve guests.
  2. Ensure SOP implementation and quality standards in all departments & check the same during routine operational checks. Corporate engineer or technical team guidance to be taken wherever required.
  3. Assessing and reviewing customer experience & satisfaction and service recovery process.
  4. Meet all department heads to review & train staff to upkeep human capital investments.
  5. Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports; management and board; as and when required either formally or informally.
  6. Monitor and maintain operation and overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
