Job Description
Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, building client relationships, and coordinating with marketing and operations to maximize bookings across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with resort goals and brand positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities across leisure, corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and travel trade segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adjust strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to align sales activities with rate strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
