This is a hands-on role shaping how Virgin turns ambition into delivery reality. Sitting alongside Planning, you’ll define the principles, processes and ways of working that ensure our delivery capability is deployed in the right way, at the right time, across the enterprise.

You’ll bring clarity, realism and confidence to our plans — helping leaders understand risk, trade-offs and implications, and enabling better decisions across the portfolio.
