TheResourceCapacityLead isresponsibleformanagingresourceplanning,availability,andutilizationacrossprojectsandservices.Theroleensuresoptimalassignmentofresourcesalignedwithstrategicprioritiesanddeliverytimelines,providingvisibilityoncapacityconstraints,forecastedneeds,andoptimizationopportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leadandcoordinateresourcecapacityplanningacrossportfolios,functions,andregions.
  • CollaboratewithPortfolioandProjectManagerstoalignresourceallocationwithprojectrequirementsandtimelines.
  • Identifyandescalateresourcerisks,gaps,andconflicts;proposemitigationactions.
  • Facilitateregularcapacityreviewmeetingswithkeystakeholders.
  • Supportworkforceplanningbyprovidingdata-driveninsightsforrecruitmentandupskillingneeds.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
