Resource Manager (Creative)

POSITION SUMMARY

• This role is responsible for delivering and procuring creative resources across our creative production teams. They contact talent and help coordinate the day-to-day Sector creative and production efforts to ensure coverage, utilization, and alignment of talent to task.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable. A combination of education and experience can be substituted
• 3+ years’ experience supporting a business in resource planning and allocation in a creative agency
• Proven track record of being a recognized manager of resources for a national or local service intensive environment.
• Ability to identify the correct talent for the creative production roles we are trying to resource with a keen eye for quality and appropriate skillsets in a post production environment.
• Knowledge of creative production in either Postproduction, CGI, Animation...
