Resource Manager

Responsibilities Responsibilities & Deliverables: Experience :3-5Yrs Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Validates resource assignments/resource management (bookings) Experience as PMO or Resource Manager Should be good in Excel, Data ,Microsoft, power BI(Good to Have) Resource Data Hygiene – Ensure hygiene is maintained on regular cadence for cost rates, resource attributes etc. Demand Forecasting – working closely with all Payments Sub-Business Units (America, International, and more) stockholders on demand forecasting. Monthly actuals tracking - create a holistic forecast based on actual data. Timesheet – to support all timesheet-related issues. Support Kimble updating and Power-Bi reports. Utilization of resources - to review utilization on a bi-weekly basis and raise flags when needed. Ad-hoc tasks Job Location: Bangalore
