Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Full Time Resource Planning Coordinator based at Cannon Hill.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial and Resource Planning Manager in developing contract rosters for new and existing aviation contracts.
  • Make approved changes to aviation contract rosters, including comparisons of variations relative to impacts including costs.
  • Ensure all contract rosters and corresponding Kronos schedule (Working and Posted) are current and compliant with applicable awards, industrial agreements and contracted requirements.
  • Liaise and communicate with Management and Line Managers/Supervisors on contract exceptions, rostering trends and issues, Kronos reporting (exceptions, credentials, vacancies and leave).
  • Post and update Kronos schedules on an ongoing basis taking account of exceptions and leave as approved by Site Managers or other authorised officers.

Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience in rostering or similar role (preferably in facilities services or labour hire industries).
  • Experience using electronic workforce management/time & attendance systems (preferably UKG Ready/Kronos).
  • Experience interpreting and applying Modern Awards and enterprise agreements, with a proven ability to interpret these (preferably Cleaning and Security).
  • At least intermediate level skill across Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to be clear and concise.
  • Problem‑solving and ability to plan and deliver work against business priorities.
