As an OO5 Resource Ranger, youll be on the frontline of protecting Queenslands national parks, state forests and reserves - making sure these special places are healthy, safe and ready to be enjoyed by all Queenslanders. One day you might be tracking threatened species, the next planning fire operations, managing pests, or helping shape how parks are cared for long into the future.

Rangers are the ultimate all-rounders. Working under legislation such as the Nature Conservation Act, Marine Parks Act and Forestry Act, youll team up with local communities, Traditional Owners and key stakeholders to deliver conservation, recreation and land management outcomes across some truly spectacular landscapes.
