As a Salesforce Resource Manager , you are a practice-focused professional responsible for driving workforce planning, allocation, and utilization across our Salesforce engagements. You will work closely with leadership to forecast demand, balance supply, and ensure the right skills are deployed at the right time. You will play a central role in aligning delivery readiness with business growth.
You will collaborate with Sales, PMO, Architects, and Delivery Leads to ensure proactive resourcing decisions, minimize bench, and maximize utilization. Your ability to analyze data, run simulations, and provide actionable insights will be key to your success.
What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end resource allocation across Salesforce projects, independent of project-level influence. Forecast resource needs based on pipeline, delivery schedules, and skill trends. Run simulations to assess impacts of slippage, scope changes, or parallel demands. Track utilization, bench strength, and supply-demand gaps; provide dashboards to leadership. Partner with Sales and PMO for pre-sales staffing plans, ensuring early visibility of needs. Collaborate with Finance to forecast revenue and margin impacts of resource movements. Recommend hiring or contractor augmentation plans aligned with forecasted demand. Support cross-skilling and career development initiatives by highlighting capability gaps. What you bring:
7+ years of professional experience in resource management, workforce planning, or analytics within consulting or IT services. Experience managing multi-shore resourcing models (onsite + offshore). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools. Familiarity with Salesforce roles, skills, and delivery models (functional, technical, architects, PMO). Proven ability to balance utilization, profitability, and delivery readiness in a professional services context. Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field (MBA preferred). You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and leadership updates.
