We are a leading hospitality venue on the Central Coast, committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. In line with the NSW Government's initiative to reduce gambling harm, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO) to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor gaming areas to identify patrons at risk of gambling harm or displaying concerning gambling behaviour.
+ Engage with patrons to provide information on responsible gambling practices and available support services.
+ Facilitate self-exclusion requests and assist patrons in accessing gambling support services.
+ Maintain accurate records of gambling incidents and interactions with patrons.
