Onigilly is a fast-growing, Bay Area-based brand on a mission to bring healthy and handy Japanese food to everyone—starting with our popular onigiri rice balls. We currently operate 5 locations and are opening 2 more this summer.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, passionate Area Manager to support our store teams, drive performance, and maintain our high standards across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support General Managers and franchise owners across 5–7 stores
• Coach and develop teams to deliver great service and consistent food quality
• Monitor sales, labor, and inventory performance
• Visit stores regularly to ensure top operations and customer experience
