Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Overview

Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of the Shack by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality. In addition, (s)he sets the vision for the Shack and executing the vision through managers and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Manages the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed, while upholding Shack standards of Hospitality in all interactions.
• Manages the lifecycle of management through training, development and growth plans, and progressive discipline when appropriate.
• Manages the hourly Team Member employee lifecycle – recruiting, selection, hiring and performance through training, development and growth plans, and progressive discipline when appropriate.
