Job Description

We are looking for a locally based Restaurant Development Manager to provide world-class account management and support to the restaurant partners. This will be a hands-on job, managing a team of account managers and working with the local restaurant owners that are on Wolt. 

What you'll be doing

  • Driving and managing the growth of our current cities by improving venue performance through strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.

  • Onboarding new restaurants from start to finish onto the platform

  • Responsible for the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding.

  • Key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners.

  • Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.

  • Analyzing the local market on an ongoing basis.

  • Solid experience in account management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to successfully mentor and promote a professional team 
  • Experience with the restaurant industry/community

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience. 

  • Proven experience of working with data with the ability to use it to strengthen our partnerships.

  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.

  • High ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious.

  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
