An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant General Manager with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.

The ideal General Manager will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.

This role would suit a hands-on General Management style, someone who thrives in client-facing environments & enjoys being the face of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an restaurant General Manager in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
  • Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
  • Strong leadership, creativity, & people management skills
  • Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East preferred
  • A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial
