  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a hands-on, people-first approach

  • Maintain strong financial oversight, including labour planning, cost controls, and seasonal forecasting

  • Ensure operational readiness for high-volume periods while using slower months to strengthen systems, training, and processes

  • Recruit, train, and develop a service-driven management and hourly team

  • Actively identify opportunities to improve guest experience, efficiency, and consistency

  • Collaborate closely with ownership and culinary leadership on strategy, standards, and execution

  • Foster a positive, accountable culture grounded in professionalism and genuine hospitality
