The Operating General Manager (OGM) is the on-site executive leader fully accountable for the performance, culture, financial health, and day-to-day operation of a family-owned, community-focused sports bar in Verona, Wisconsin. 
 
This role is intentionally designed for a self-directed operator capable of running the business independently under the strategic oversight of a remote ownership group and management company. The OGM serves as the single point of accountability for all outcomes within the four walls of the business.

Business & Financial Ownership 

  • Own overall business performance and operational results 
  • Read, interpret, and explain monthly P&L statements 
  • Provide operational commentary and variance explanations to accounting
