Restaurant General Manager – Large-Scale New Forecourt Opening – Wexford

This is not a start-from-scratch brand this is a well-established fast food chain that’s already proven itself, now going large scale with a flagship forecourt site in Wexford.

As General Manager, you’ll take charge of a flagship operation designed for scale, overseeing extended dayparts, high customer demand, and a team built to deliver at volume.

You’ll set the pace, embed strong routines, and lead from the front, making sure performance, standards, and customer experience stay consistently sharp while the business scales up.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, but this is very much a role for a confident operator who runs the floor like it’s their own business.

Salary: €40k – €45k plus bonus
