Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive, escort themto assigned dining area and present menus
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and barareas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests
  • Observe the overall look of the restaurant; spotcleanliness problems, assist food and beverage teams by setting and clearingtables, replenishing water and serving beverages
