Jayam Cinemas is looking for a responsible and experienced Cafe In-Charge to manage our cinema caf operations and ensure excellent customer service.Job Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day caf operations inside the cinemaManage staff scheduling, supervision, and performanceHandle billing, cash counter, and daily sales reportsMaintain stock levels, inventory, and vendor coordinationEnsure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standardsHandle customer queries and resolve issues professionallyRequirements:Prior experience as Cafe In-Charge / Supervisor preferredBasic knowledge of billing systems and cash handlingGood communication and leadership skillsAbility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hoursResponsible, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
