RESTAURANT MANAGER - ABU DHABI

I am currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for one of our client's casual upmarket vibey restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, staff, customer satisfaction, and financial health to ensure the establishment runs smoothly and profitably.

We are looking for someone with high energy and great personality!

A bit about the role:

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Develop and implement consistent SOPs for both head office and operations. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Make prompt decisions, communicating clearly with head office and operations teams, especially in challenging situations.
