We are representing a well-established client in the F&B industry located in Sungai Long. Due to their ongoing expansion, they are looking to hire Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, working hand-in-hand with the Chef.
  • Ensure that the restaurant delivers convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced.
  • Work alongside the team to drive continuous improvements to the restaurant to achieve operational excellence.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Ownership of customers dining experience.
  • Communicate and manage customers feedback.
