Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant at Fairmont La Hacienda. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage this role ensures an exceptional dining experience for all guests by coordinating operational planning optimizing resources and costs and fostering a culture of service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all restaurant activities ensuring alignment with the gastronomic concept of Fairmont La Hacienda.
  • Ensure strict adherence to service standards (SOPs) and continuously work to improve the guest experience.
  • Manage food and beverage controls: inventory costs sales mix analysis and stock handling.
  • Oversee accurate cash handling and compliance with established cash procedures.
