This property is a hybrid of a high-energy, alp-chic lunch venue and an intimate, high-end evening dining room.
With F&B revenue exceeding CHF 1.2M in the winter season, this is a high-volume, high-prestige operation.
The Role You will be the face of the F&B operation, managing a diverse flow of individual leisure guests, high-net-worth residents, and a growing Corporate/MICE segment (generating CHF 500K+ annually).
