About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in managing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities




  • Manage daily restaurant operations to deliver a high-quality dining experience.




  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with service and hygiene standards.




  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.




  • Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with FSSAI guidelines.




  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control.




  • Maintain financial records, prepare sales reports, and ensure profitability.




  • Implement marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and sales.




  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen staff, service staff, and management.




  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.




Requirements




  • Minimum 6+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.




  • Strong leadership and team management skills.




  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.




  • Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours efficiently.




  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office.




  • Immediate joiner preferred.
