They take great pride in their team and now seek a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their restaurant celebrating modern Irish cuisine with a focus on seasonality and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotel and restaurant establishments. Must be a proven team leader with excellent service standards, able to train and motivate team to the highest levels of guest service. Further candidate attributes include:
