Cavo Tagoo is a unique 5-star luxury hotel in Santorini, impressively built into the island’s natural rocky landscape, and is preparing a new, distinctive Italian gastronomic project.

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for the 2026 season.

  • Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest   experience.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, and other hotel departments.
  • Handle guest relations and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Monitor service quality, presentation, and consistency in line with brand standards.
  • Manage manpower planning, supplies, and operational needs to support smooth daily operations.
