A traditional, authentic, and well-established Japanese restaurant in the city of Geneva is
looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f)
to join the team as soon as possible.

• More than 5 years of strong experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar management position
• Solid experience in team management within the restaurant industry
• Smiling, helpful, kind and passionate about customer service, with a strong desire to satisfy guests
• Flexible and sociable, able to get along with all types of colleagues, partners, and customers
• Trustworthy, honest, reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to follow directions and guidelines provided by top management and ownership
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English; Japanese is a very strong plus
