Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of its restaurants in Samos. The ideal candidate will maintain service excellence, uphold brand standards, lead and develop the service team, and support the delivery of memorable dining experiences.

This is a full-time, seasonal role.
