**Job Summary:**

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of Workstar. This role oversees breakfast operations, staff scheduling, daily restaurant activities, events, and promotions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistently high standards of food quality and service.

Operational Management:

1. Oversee the daily operations of Workstar, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
2. Ensure that all restaurant activities are consistent with established operational standards and procedures.
3. Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.

Guest Experience:

1. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
