Job Description
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing both FOH and BOH.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and labor management.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
