Job Description

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing both FOH and BOH.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and labor management.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
