What You’ll Do


  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest satisfaction

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best

  • Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability, labor, and food cost control

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

  • Drive sales and profitability through community involvement, promotions, and exceptional service

  • Create a positive, team-oriented workplace where staff feel motivated and valued

  • 2+ years of management experience in full-service or casual dining restaurants

  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational excellence

  • Strong background in guest service, staff training, and cost control

  • A results-driven, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills

  • Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
