What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest satisfactionLead, coach, and develop team members to perform at their bestManage financial performance, including P&L accountability, labor, and food cost controlEnsure compliance with health, safety, and company standardsDrive sales and profitability through community involvement, promotions, and exceptional serviceCreate a positive, team-oriented workplace where staff feel motivated and valuedWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years of management experience in full-service or casual dining restaurantsProven ability to lead teams and deliver operational excellenceStrong background in guest service, staff training, and cost control
A results-driven, hands-on leader with excellent communication skillsAvailability to work a flexible full-time schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)What You’ll Receive
