Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house staff management
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, seating, and service flow efficiently
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with hotel SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to optimize service and efficiency
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
