Lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service, and high-quality food and beverage standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house staff management
  • Ensure consistent delivery of premium service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, seating, and service flow efficiently
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with hotel SOPs
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management to optimize service and efficiency
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
