We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Pasig Branch, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurant locations. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing efficiency, and drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Motivate a team of the restaurant. oversee the smooth running of the operations
  2. Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  3. Implement efficient procedures and systems to enhance the guest experience
  4. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
