Position Summary

The Office Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily financial and administrative operations of Moxie’s. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in sales reconciliation, payroll processing, tip distribution, and timekeeping for both front and back of house teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Hourly $25 an hour

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Cash Reconciliation

  • Reconcile daily sales reports, including POS data, cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
  • Ensure all daily cash-outs are completed accurately and on time
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales or cash handling
