Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Point of Contact (POC) who will act as the single communication bridge between our company and our licensed restaurant operations. While the restaurant will have a full internal team including an Operations Manager, this role is critical for coordination, reporting, client servicing, basic sales support, and issue resolution.


This role is suitable for a fresher or early-career professional with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong follow-up ability.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the restaurant management team

Ensure smooth communication of expectations, updates, and deliverables

Handle day-to-day coordination and escalate critical issues to the MD when required
