Insight Global is looking for a Solution Engineer in the Restaurant Domain to join a rapidly growing brand in Dallas, TX. This is an onsite role 4 days/ week. You will be responsible for aligning technical solutions with business needs and ensuring these solutions meet quality, functional, architectural, and performance standards. You will collaborate with product management, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support store success in areas such as new restaurant openings, market entries, and system integrations.
You will be responsible for the entire technical ecosystem of new and existing restaurant developments- from FOS, BOS, Network, Martech, Ecommerce technologies etc. Key responsibilities include developing technical documentation (e.g., RFPs, use case proposals, ROI justifications), facilitating seamless integration of systems (POS, digital platforms, loyalty programs), and conducting training sessions.
