Their responsibilities will include scheduling shifts, maintaining quality standards, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also monitor food and beverage standards, handle inventory, and uphold compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently
• Prepare staff rosters, track attendance, and assign daily tasks
• Ensure strict adherence to food quality standards, hygiene, and SOPs
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
