Job Description

  • Achieves Store Sales targets, Sales Growth targets and Profitability.

  • Leads the team to create sales building strategies, operational effectiveness and organizational management.

  • Supervises and ensures that Team Leaders and Store Crews perform the highest standards in customer service, food quality and store cleanliness.

  • Leads in building store/brand awareness through community relations and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Adheres to Store operating systems, food safety standards, government regulatory requirements and Company’s policy and procedures.

  • Prepares Store periodic reports, operations budget and reviews monthly store P&L.

  • Audits daily sales reports vs sales collection including bank deposits.

  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
