Job Description

Supervise and manage all restaurant staff, including service, and cashier teams.

Ensure authentic Egyptian dining experience through menu quality, presentation, and service style.

Monitor daily operations, including cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene compliance.

Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Prepare staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

Work closely with the owner/management to meet financial and operational targets.

Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager (preferably in Arabic or Egyptian cuisine).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service excellence.

Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
