Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated kitchen staff member to ensure timely and high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer orders are prepared simultaneously at a high quality and within service time.
- Treat customers with utmost respect and provide wholehearted service, maintaining zero customer complaints.
- Maintain completeness and correct condition of small/large wares, utensils & equipment.
- Report any discrepancies immediately to the superior.
- Ensure food arrives to guests in good, pleasing condition and appetizing.
- Verify that food leaving the kitchen is in good condition, complete, and appetizing before handing to the server.
- Prepare food items based on the standard recipe guidelines released by R&D.
- Perform suggestive selling and demonstrate knowledge of products and existing promotions using the Service Audit Report.
