Restaurant Supervisor – Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

Join the Food & Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental, one of the world’s most luxurious hotels. The Restaurant Supervisor supervises restaurant operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain good communication with kitchen operations, F&B section heads and other relative departments.
  • Assist with the administration of weekly duty schedules, vacation leaves and present to the Assistant Managers or Manager for approval.
  • Provide feedback to Manager/Assistant Manager on guests’ complaints.
  • Show a positive, energetic and caring attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure that all colleagues are familiar with the contents of all menus and the composition of each item.
