- Ensure all service standards and fine dining protocols are consistently met.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing our wine service, including staff wine training and guest recommendations.
- Monitor reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements for optimal efficiency and atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
