Job Description

  • Staff Management :Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate store employees; assign tasks and delegate duties.
  • Customer Service :Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
  • Inventory & Merchandising :Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, manage replenishment, and oversee attractive product displays.
  • Operations :Oversee daily store functions, manage cash handling, prepare sales reports, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Performance :Monitor sales, implement promotions, identify improvement areas, and help achieve sales targets.
