Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations across our outlets with the focus on the well renowned Garden RestaurantAssist in coordinating the front of house team’s daily operationsLead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt and friendly serviceLead from the front, mentor and train the team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environmentOptimise team members rostered to increase revenue and productivityAddress any guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure everyone has the best experience possibleConsistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment reporting all hazards, near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel The Person:
