  • Develop, document, and manage detailed scopes of work and projected cost estimates

  • Secure authorization signatures prior to mobilization and deliver a detailed scope within 48 hours

  • Identify safety hazards, secure required permits, and ensure OSHA and EPA compliance

  • Coordinate labor, temporary staffing, subcontractors, materials, and equipment under strict timelines

  • Assign appropriate labor classifications in accordance with Mooring’s Time & Material Rate Schedule

  • Oversee daily project documentation including reports, photos, progress mapping, and cost tracking

  • Communicate consistently with owners, adjusters, consultants, and internal leadership teams

  • Represent Mooring with professionalism, accountability, and integrity throughout every phase of the project

  • Extensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practices

  • Proficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting software

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification

Preferred:

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)

  • Previous experience in catastrophe response and large-loss project management
