This is a high-impact leadership position offering strong compensation, autonomy, and long-term upside as the company continues to scale.
Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site role based in Lakeway, TX, serving the Greater Austin area.
- Manage approximately 20 active residential and light commercial projects per month.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout mitigation and reconstruction.
- Keep homeowners informed, calm, and confident during the restoration process.
- Oversee project schedules, scopes, documentation, and internal handoffs.
- Coordinate closely with mitigation crews, reconstruction teams, and vendors.
- Handle insurance-related communication and documentation professionally.
- Participate in a shared after-hours on-call rotation, typically once per week or less.
- Take ownership of projects to reduce day-to-day pressure on the GM and ownership.
- Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and scalability as the company grows.
- Requires restoration project management experience covering both mitigation and reconstruction.
- Strong customer communication, organization, and multitasking abilities required.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Residential restoration experience strongly preferred.
- Ideal candidate has a leadership mindset and is interested in growing with the company long-term.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary
- Performance-based incentives and commissions.
- Health insurance.
- Paid time off with PTO structure.
- Company vehicle provided, primarily for jobsite-to-jobsite travel.
- Direct access to ownership and leadership.
- Stable company with long-term growth opportunity.
