Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned.
Coach and train restoration technicians
On monthly on-call rotation, one week (one full week and weekend) of the month
Position Requirements
